Pricing - I might have included some national installers as a benchmark. Octopus, for example, have a reasonably decent reputation for doing a reasonable job at a reasonable price. I often send people considering installation there, if anything they'll get a benchmark for the price a local installer might ask.
Also worth mentioning that the prices tend to go downwards, so an install 4 years ago was likely more expensive than today.
