Then they decide to incorporate as profit seeking company, utilizing the same IPs and teams, and *sell* equity for billions. Elon got 0% equity for his early funding.
He certainly has a claim worth litigating about, IMO.
Imagine you would donate 50% of funds to Open Sats to date. Then tomorrow, they pronounce themselves a private corp selling the knowhow and tech flows they have developed in house so far, and they raise 100billion of it.
- I'd call it BS and embezzlement as well.
