I suppose there is some truth to this, apparently it's legal for #Democrat members of state judiciaries to target #Trump out of animosity, so it would be only fair for #Trump to have the same power.
Still, if the true impact of the ruling is that presidents can have people prosecuted even if they don't think they broke the law because they hate them that's a problem
