None of Trump’s legal defenses include the concept that he is innocent or did not do what he is accused of doing. They are all technical arguments that he shouldn’t be accountable for his crimes because he’s special, or that he’s being singled out. Never that he’s innocent.
Trump claims he’s innocent, but his lawyers never do.
