My 2 sats is that with sovereignty comes responsibility as well but unfortunately people often don’t want to have the responsibility of looking at their food or “vices” as they aren’t truly addicted as addiction doesn’t really exist, they just perceive greater value in convenience or in an unhealthy habit with which they also gain a unspoken license to misbehave to some degree.
