Pfft. No. This is our domain. There's more than enough for many times the population we have now if we were living in accordance with God's will.
The Watchers came from one of the heavens. As I understand it, this is just "extradimensional travel." Not interplanetary, explicitly.
I don't think gravity exists. I'm finding myself convinced of this more. I rather like (so far) what I currently understand of "the electric universe" theory.
As to the how they traveled... UFOs, or what we call UFOs. But also... The Watchers are gods. I don't think they needed "craft" to move between realms.
Back to mythological concurrency, I see very little reason to not accept the possibility that concepts of the whole of everything are much more closely aligned with something like the 7 realms of the Nordic traditions, with bridges between.
