I recently purchased my first ever cast iron pan. I opted for the one from IKEA.
For some strange reason I'm very excited to try it out. It came unseasoned so I embarked on the seasoning journey using flax seed oil, according to some not the best choice but we'll see.
So far I don't like the long handle. It's just too long and takes too much space in the oven.
