With sharkey at least she would have 10 attempts per hour and on akkoma I wanna say 100 per some default thing in 5 min, but it would be in admin-fe. Why would it just affect cunny.beauty users if it was truly "random" when there is a simpler explanation and it just affected puppyspace bc one user used the same password.
Kind of like how the ipgrabber only affects rape.pet and cunny.beauty users.
