Probably an unpopular opinion: #11ty is the quirkiest static site generator I've tried.
The docs have tons of words, but sparse on key details and examples.
"Just clone someone's boilerplate" feels like a supply chain attack waiting to happen.
The performance and dev cycle is great once it's setup, but getting there is a bear.
