The Hamas tank attack videos show how vulnerable tanks are to infantry in urban rubble, but they never show aftermath of explosions.
Modern tanks have outer reactive armor that explodes on penetration by projectiles, preventing penetration of the cabin or vital systems. It's possible the explosions are the armor going off leaving the tank intact.
However, the reactive armor only works once, so follow up attacks would be effective.
