Highly unlikely you had a rupture of your LCL with such low energy. Most likely thing is either a degenerative meniscus tear or patellofemoral crepitus (depending on age). Most important thing is to maintain a healthy range of motion and good strength. Quad sets and towel pulls are great followed my body squats and 1 leg squats. If it’s still nothing you after doing strengthening and range of motion exercise for 4 weeks, then seek treatment. 800mg ibuprofen every 8 hours for a week straight (if you can take/tolerate it) is helpful too.
