His first comment. My buddy bought back in 2013. He's loaded now!
I told him its not to late and in another 10 years he can store his wealth like that too.
His response was typical... dont have time to learn, he delegates his investment finances and just focuses on his rentals.
Absolutely astounding to me that people don't want to learn about the thing they spend their whole life chasing ... WHAT IS MONEY!!! ?
