Been on a biohacking trip for a bit now, and explaining the science behind it is way above my paygrade but I do know how I feel and it is amazing. It all has to do with the mitochondria and light/water/magnetism. As for the water itself, it won't do wonders if you don't have those 3 covered at the same time though.
