1. ability to cheaply and easily spin up new nodes in an economic network,, or
2. the ability for a new node to start a new economic network, , and
2. the new nodes need the ability (but not the requirement) to communicate and coordinate with other nodes in their and possibly other networks.
AP will provide those possibilities.
Don't know about AT.
