Woke up today to a group text between the neighbors of our building complaining about changes to our parking arrangement. The majority of the 10+ messages are from the gal in the adjoining 3 bedroom townhouse. Where she lives alone and is often gone for weeks at a stretch. She’s pissed that her RAV4, one of two cars she owns, is a tight fit in a 1950s carport.
And all I can think is, “maybe it’s a sign that your giant fucking SUV doesn’t belong in the middle of a densely packed city.”
