Slowly easing back into cardio on my non-lifting days.
With cardio, it's never a question of how much I can take physically but more of how much I can take mentally. I always find my mental health is actually worse when I exercise if I'm not careful (whether it's cardio or weights or whatever).
Today I only did 15 minutes and that was my mental health limit. I'm okay with that. I did something.
