Once a few visible Democrats find the courage and exit the Party, others will follow... most, quietly, since they will be leaving an old but disloyal friend. Some to the other side of the political divide. Others to the sidelines.
The Party will fold.
Nobody thought Sears would go out of business, either.
The same could happen to the Republican Party, too, but they seem to be trying to realign themselves. We'll see.
