I was wondering waht the Soapbox "instance rules" was supposed to relate to, and I couldn't figure it out so I just put something in there in hopes I'd see it some day and remember. I saw that 𓅓 𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚊𝚕 𝚘𝚠𝚕 (nprofile…nvau) had reported someone for something and came across this. Evidently I can set report reasons so users don't have to explain everything in their report. That's what it's for. I should put actual stuff in there.
