سال نو، آغازی نو و یادآور افسانه‌های کهن ایران‌زمین است؛ همان داستان‌هایی که از نبرد نور و تاریکی، از پیروزی راستی بر پلیدی، و از شکوه و بزرگی این سرزمین سخن می‌گویند. نوروز، نویدبخش زایش دوباره و امید به فردایی روشن است، فردایی که در آن، سایه‌ها رنگ می‌بازند و فروغ بیداری، سراسر میهن را در بر می‌گیرد.

در این لحظه‌ی پرشکوه، به یاد می‌آوریم که در تاریخ این سرزمین، همیشه پس از شب، سپیده دمیده است و پس از هر زمستان، بهار شکوفا شده است. روزی خواهد آمد که نور بر تاریکی چیره شود، و چه امیدبخش است که آن روز، در این سال نو باشد.
