Malásek can actually cook quite well when he has the right ingredients. His grandmother taught him a few of the old family recipes, and he's adapted a couple to make them his own.
If he did have to entertain, although he doesn't really have friends outside of work, he'd probably bring out his svičkova, which is steak in a cream and vegetable sauce.
