FYI, telega.el gives cryptic errors if #Emacs is compiled without WebP support, which ./configure only enables if `libwebp' is available, skipping it otherwise.
Also, compiling tdlib with 4GB RAM only allows for make -j2 (2 jobs at once), otherwise it OOMs.
