Hiring or know anyone who is?
A friend who's a kick-ass software/project/product/quality manager (on big public/private projects) got blindsided with a layoff--one of my old employers is shedding their entire software business.
She's PMP-certified, does agile, budgets, team management, the whole nine yards. She's awesome--I tried to recruit her myself a few years ago (no openings here now).
