Hamas's actions not only hurt and killed innocent people on the Israeli side (and yes, they do exist) - they fucking doomed Gaza and framed Palestinians who wanted nothing to do with their shit as being linked to them.
They handed Israel a golden ticket for war crimes. Which, sadly and sickeningly, Israel is now going for rather than not taking the bait.
