It wasn't my intent to argue this, or be seen as advocating for a ground invasion, just that Iran's reaction to this recent attack is all empty boasts and if push comes to shove they will back down. Their last attack was not only telegraphed a week before it took place, they called neighboring countries like Turkey a few hour before the attack commenced to give them a heads up.
Of course everything I've said assumes a lack of nukes, or Iran's dash to get them, because if Iran goes for or gets them I'm not sure about anything anymore.
