-Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen says to expect a "slow" decline in the USD as world reserve currency
-Kenyan President asks politicians from all African countries "why should we continue to pay each other in dollars?"
-Congress instructs Janet Yellen to have the Treasury and Federal Reserve “make preparations” and “be on the ready” for China dumping all of their US Treasuries overnight
