The worst kind of prison is the mental one - the one you don't even realize you're a prisoner of.
Prison that has no bars, no one keeps you locked up against your will and from which you can leave whenever you want.

But you don't leave because that prison is in your head and the key to getting out is in #awareness and working on yourself.

Most enter that prison, and only a few leave. Because they are not even aware of how powerful, free and what they are capable of.

Because they have been programmed since childhood to doubt themselves, to fear, worry and believe everything they are told without question.

Wake up, you are not your first and last name, your parents, your nationality, #religion, your #education, your #society and any other frameworks and molds in which you have been placed since birth.

Remember who you really are, look deep into your heart and it will give you all the answers.
