BTW this one skein dilemma is exactly why I gravitate towards those Stephen West patterns that use 4-5 skeins in a shawl. Like Winter Lights, Aurora Cabin, the Fragmentation series. And now he's doing this new thing - "Pop a mohair." This means to add mohair in unexpectedly, and/or layer it somehow into the main theme. He's fun to knit along with!
