https://alfred.camera/ installed and get notifications if anything is happening. Its an easy thing anyone can do.
I'dnt advocate to use it for home security due to its cloud nature and videos ended up god knows where but as a temporary measure it can be great in many situations where you need some assurance that your things were not tampered with.
I've used it on travel and as a an surveillance system and it works decently.
