I have been seeking an easy way(?) to force myself to learn vim.
I found a FF plugin called Vimium. What it does is allow you to navigate etc using Vi keys. Since I use my browser 'a lot', this seems like a worthwhile 'learning aid'/ tool. Maybe an old dog can learn a new things after all.🐕
