I'm creating an online farmers market on nostr to promote the use of bitcoin as a payment solution. I know it's weird, but I'm experimenting with some of the payment solutions that allow people to accept bitcoin and automatically convert it to U.S. dollars using a regulated US Company like Strike or Ibex. I also want to experiment with the Strike API to onboard businesses that use Clover machines to accept bitcoin. Again, they don't need to keep it. I am not trying to convince them to stack sats. This is just a way to save them credit card fees.
