Maaannnn I'd been doing great with the esophillic esophagitis, no food impactions for years, then the second I go on a trip, woops, food stuck in esophagus, spit black water on the table, make horrible noises attempting to breathe in bathroom, etc.
Pretty sure it was just a bunch of bits it bad luck compounding, but it kinda resets my confidence in "ability to eat safely" so wheeee
