Where did you come from? Don't remember when I got you, no record. 🤔 But, rummaging around, there you are. You been waiting for me?
Perfect cork. The wine's in equally good shape with some grip on the finish, lushness and all those maturing Cab Sauv nuances. It's pretty concentrated and full bodied too. The maturity means it's complex and good to go, but it should be ok at age 30 too. Much better the next day. #wine #bordeaux @chateaulatourcarnet
