Incidentally, I saw this in a FB group and the comments on there were ridiculous, saying that it doesn't matter if they lose some customers, they'll only lose 1 or 2, and it's not worth stocking food for them, etc. Whoosh, right over their heads.
Choosing to broadcast your hate for Vegans on your menu doesn't "save money". The way most establishments handle this is much cheaper: If somebody asks for vegan options you answer, "Sorry, we don't have any".
That's not simple enough?
