today's petty law I would make if I could:
all product photos for women's pants that allege to have pockets must depict an average size recent model smartphone inside one of those pockets.
no specific requirement for pocket size. some people don't need big pockets and that's fine. but if you claim to have them, you have to show exactly how useful they are(n't).
