Just like the Bhikram guy a few years ago there was a huge scandal in the Kundalini Yoga 3HO community around Yogi Bhajan's violations. I was a part of a large Kundalini yoga sangha and at the time people were super disturbed and distressed. People on the path for decades literally left and right were abandoning the liniage overnight. Many certified teachers for years ending their practice.
I couldn't get pulled by the drama... I felt like I wasn't in it for this guru, despite my teacher having been initiated by him and always quoting him in class. Kundalini yoga literally saved my life at least a couple of times and I know the power of the practice first hand and what it had done for my system and well being.
My take was... If it wasn't for Yogi Bhajan this would have not been brought to the west and he probably wouldn't have done it if it wasn't for his large ego... And based on the state of the world and my personal experience charismatic leadership is often narcistic and comes with a lot of sceletons in the closet.
Hopefully that is changing and people learn to discern. The world is literally running on the drama triangle and it's getting old.
I'd personally look at what you might have experienced as an invitation to empower yourself. It's good to be aware of energetic dynamics and also where can one self evaluate and build stronger boundaries and stop playing the victim role. Ideally by the time you are taking your pants off is cos you are in full participation and consent and cos you want it not because your compassionate heart feels sorry for them. It's hard to then point fingers that someone feigned at you. Some direct mature communication and clarity on the encounter might help create clarity of intention prior. (Though it's a rare breed of humans who are actually capable of mature communication and micro transparency in intimate relating)
