Fucking Amazon. We ordered a shredder from them. It was the “new model" according to the product title (their Amazon Basics brand). Arrived today... broken. Tried to exchange it and realize they're only selling used versions.
I HATE this company but, for a good number of things I order, it's the only company that still sells so many products.
