Susanna (npub1gev…05dt) i dont think so... but i guess there are 3 ways:
- using the proprietary nvidia upscaling model which is available in the windows driver and can be used from vlc or browsers.
- There are other proprietary upscalers, idk how good they are and if they support your OS
- if its anime content, certain ML models are available which can upscale quite good
maybe there is a forth option, since there was that one nvidia leak, the model actually could be force open sourced now
