Tonight's experiment is Golden Curry (Japanese curry roux) vegetable pot pie with drop biscuit top. Perfect for a relatively cold week in North Texas.

Basically it's just carrots, potatoes, onion, green beans in Japanese style curry sauce and topped with simple drop biscuits (flour, baking powder, butter and milk). It looks and smells great so I think the experiment is a success, but taste will tell. Once it's no longer hotter than the surface of the sun.
