New Zealand’s managed to get mobile operators to provide free access to a ton of public services and related sites except from users normal data caps.

This is something Meta did for only their services, but the public option is much better. I know Uruguay provides free universal broadband as part of their policies around internet as a fundamental human right. Does any other country do this?
