As #BodyShop is sold (again) for a significant discount on the price paid by it last owner, the Q. must be has this pioneer of ethical #capitalism long ago run out of steam?
As so often with early innovators, the competition (and economy more widely) has to some extent caught up & cherry-picked the best bits from the Body Shop business model.
Nevertheless, like Richer Sounds & Timpsons (my two favourite examples, as you know), Body Shop showed you can do capitalism differently, and we should!
