Exactly, so much easier to cook bacon like this rather than splattering on the stovetop and having to flip them all the time.

I line the pan with parchment paper for easier cleanup too.
For those of you outside America, one of our most popular sandwiches is called a BLT (Bacon Lettuce Tomato)
So easy. Try it.
1) Toast your favorite Sandwich bread
2) Mayo (top sides of both for anti-sog protection)
3) Slices of Bacon
4) Lettuce
5) Slices of Tomato
Cut in on the diagonal and eat it.
Incredibly good.
