It's ridiculous to have a trial for rape 20+ years after the alleged crime unless the victim was incapacitated or unable to report the crime for some really good reason.
I've never cared much for Russell Brand, but I find the trend alarming.
I have the lowest possible opinion of rapists. But it absolutely should cast doubt when people wait so long to report such crimes.
