It is shot in such an immersive style that for me it blurs reality and fiction to an extent that I cannot distinguish between the two. I cannot express how upset and disgusted I felt after watching it, not because of the topic it purports to portray, but because of the style and form. It honestly feels emotionally abusive to me to have a child actor play the main character in this series. I for one will not watch the rest of this, and this certainly should not be shown in schools and should have an 18 and over content warning slapped on it. I still can’t get over how much the show upset me.
