Left is my (for me, calm) response to someone trying to explain that implementing NLP in order to pick on aggressive language will not be of much benefit when it comes to microaggressions. On the right there is a man I've never met, who wasn't following me, popping to tell me that my reaction was "a bit sharper than it needed to be". Putting the overreacting woman in her place for, um, saying you should listen to women.

When we speak about the reply guy issue here, that's what we mean.
