this may qualify as #druty. the analog clock on my casio runs late, I looked it up and it probably just needs cleaning and oil change. that's difficult and I don't even have good oil.
someone online suggested applying some heat on the mechanisms to loosen any gunk that may have formed, so I used hot air on 100C while having the arms spin all the way around
I didn't bother to take a picture of the guts out of the case so here's AW80 from image search
