The first draft is for you to get the story straight and enjoy it (if you're a pantser, the second, third and possibly forth may also serve this purpose 😉 ).
Later drafts are for readers. Get beta readers eyes on them sooner rather than later! (Re-working it many times stuck in your own head is the slow way. Ask me how I know 😉).
