I had the #AI rage going for two years.
I wrote letters.
I wrote senate submissions.
I was ignored and actually laughed at.
Now, for me, it's a matter of knowing the language of your enemy.
I may appear to be "pro-AI" but my motivation for embracing these systems is learning how the enemy thinks and operates.
To paraphrase the gun nuts.

Is a good guy with AI"
Not that I have any delusion that biologicals stand any chance against the machines. No more than chickens stand any chance against a KFC contractor.
But unless I'm going to see mobs ransack datacentres, I'm going to drain the rivers and burn the land to stay abreast of AI...
...and the sheep did not do that when they uploaded all their data into the cloud or the Government sucked up all the net traffic. So there is little chance of that.
