Just found this milestone, I guess I can respond my question myself.
Looks like there's still some work to do - that "dbus activation of bluetooth under systemd fails" issue in particular doesn't seem very promising because it most likely means that the Gnome/Plasma native Bluetooth clients will break apart.
I'll take a look around if I can help with something - systemd support on PostmarketOS has really been the single thing standing between me and installing Linux on all of my old devices.
