I've been cleaning out old files & came across a USPS claims receipt for $16.75. LMAO: In 2014 I had a bumper crop of Brandywine beefsteak tomatoes. So I packedup big ripe one & sent it to a friend in Texas. She told me the mail carrier brought it to her door in a big plastic bag! It was a red mess of cardboard, packing materials, & tomato juice! I swear I took great care in packing the 1.5 pound tomato! Lol!!! Of course, anyone who knows how delicate an heirloom tomato is knows I was dreaming
