I briefly had a gig at a startup where their first and biggest customer was Zume, and they brought the Zume CEO in to give us an inspiring speech about all of the incredible tech he was building, just over-the-top unhinged vaporware stuff - like, he was going to make electrically-powered mobile pizza ovens? but there was no way to charge big enough batteries fast enough for that to make sense, so he was going to cool the EV chargers with liquid nitrogen so they could push high voltage
